We collect the following personal data when you use YallaLeads:
- Account data — name, email address, phone number (WhatsApp)
- Business information — business name, services offered, service areas, offers, and other details you provide during onboarding
- Google Ads data — campaign performance metrics synced via our MCC (Manager Account) connection
- Payment data — processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers
- Usage and analytics data — pages visited, features used, device and browser information
3. How We Use Your Data
- Generate and manage your Google Ads campaigns and landing pages
- Send you lead notifications via email and WhatsApp
- Process subscription payments
- Improve our AI-powered generation pipeline
- Provide customer support
4. Third-Party Processors

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2+. Access to production systems is restricted and audited.

Our servers are hosted by Hetzner in Germany (EU). We process your data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
As a data subject, you have the right to:

- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to or restrict certain types of processing
