Terms of Service

YallaLeads is operated by LANDING PAGES IO MARKETING MANAGEMENT FZE.

2. Service Description

YallaLeads is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that generates Google Ads campaigns and converting landing pages for service businesses in Dubai. The platform uses AI to create ad copy, keyword lists, and landing page content based on information you provide about your business.

3. Pricing & Billing

  • The service costs AED 849 per month.
  • There is no free trial. Your subscription is charged when you launch your campaign; before launch your draft stays paused and you are not charged.
  • New accounts are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee: if YallaLeads isn't right for you, request a refund within 14 days of your first charge and we refund that subscription payment in full. This covers the platform fee only — your Google Ads budget is paid directly to Google and is not refundable by us.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
  • You may cancel at any time — your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Outside the 14-day money-back guarantee, refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

4. Google Ads Spend

Your advertising budget is paid directly to Google. Ad spend does not pass through YallaLeads or DigitalGlanz at any point. You control your own budget and are solely responsible for your advertising costs.

We create and manage a Google Ads account under our Manager Account (MCC) on your behalf. You retain ownership of your ad account data.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Your data — You own all business information, content inputs, and lead data you provide or generate through the platform.
  • Our platform — DigitalGlanz owns the YallaLeads platform, including its software, AI models, templates, design system, and generation pipeline.
  • Generated content — Ad copy and landing page content generated for your campaigns may be used by you for your business purposes. We retain the right to use anonymised, aggregated data to improve our services.

6. Landing Page Hosting

Landing pages created through YallaLeads are hosted on yallaleads.ae subdomains (e.g., your-business.yallaleads.ae). Hosting is included in your subscription and pages remain live as long as your account is active and in good standing.

7. No Performance Guarantee

While our campaigns are built on years of real Dubai market data, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to: number of leads, cost per lead, click-through rates, conversion rates, or return on ad spend.

Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your budget, industry competition, service quality, and market conditions.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use YallaLeads to:

  • Promote illegal activities or services
  • Submit false or misleading business information
  • Violate Google Ads policies
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or security
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalGlanz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon cancellation, your landing page will be taken offline and campaign management will cease at the end of the current billing period. You may export your data before termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
